Everton boss Roberto Martinez is full of praise for the "intent" of his side as they eased to a 3-0 win over Southampton at St Mary's.

A first-half brace from Romelu Lukaku and an 84th-minute effort from Ross Barkley gave the Blues their first win of the season.

Lukaku is now the top-scoring Belgian in Premier League history (44), two ahead of Liverpool's summer signing Christian Benteke (42).
