Thibaut Courtois injury is big blow for Chelsea - Jose Mourinho

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois's injury is a "big blow" for his side.

The 23-year-old Belgium international damaged his medial ligaments during training on Wednesday.

Former Stoke goalkeeper Asmir Begovic will replace Courtois, having stood in for the Belgian when he was sent off against Swansea on the opening day of the season, with Jamal Blackman promoted to the bench.
