Here's why new Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp is known as one of the most charismatic coaches in football.

The 48-year-old German has agreed a three-year deal at Anfield to replace Brendan Rodgers, who was sacked at the weekend after three-and-a-half trophyless years.

Klopp led Borussia Dortmund to two Bundesliga titles and the Champions League final in a seven-year spell and has been out of work since May after taking a sabbatical.
