Frank Lampard says Chelsea revival is 'a matter of time'

Chelsea's all-time leading goalscorer Frank Lampard believes it is a "matter of time" before manager Jose Mourinho turns around Chelsea's fortunes.

The reigning Premier League champions are currently 15th in the top flight and were knocked out of the League Cup against Stoke on Tuesday, while Mourinho has earned two separate Football Association charges this season.

Lampard was speaking before the defeat by the Potters after receiving an OBE for services for football at Buckingham Palace.
