Arsene Wenger: Arsenal boss says there is no doping in English game

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he is convinced English clubs do not "dope their players" and adds he is happy to help UK Anti-Doping after the agency said it would be keen to speak to the Frenchman about his recent comments on drugs in football.
