Euro 2016: NI keeper Carroll eyes starting spot in France

Veteran Roy Carroll is aiming to be Northern Ireland's number one at the Euro 2016 finals in France.

The 38-year-old is expected to battle it out with Michael McGovern for a starting place in the Group C games against Poland, Ukraine and Germany.

Former Manchester United goalkeeper Carroll will play for Irish League club Linfield next season after leaving Notts County.
