Euro 2016: Kyle Lafferty attends NI team function after injury scare
Kyle Lafferty attends a function with the Northern Ireland squad hours after hobbling out of training on Tuesday.
The striker is awaiting the results of a scan after appearing to stretch his groin but Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill later insisted that there were "no concerns at all" about the striker's fitness.
"It was precautionary to take him out of training. After examination by the doctor, he feels good," said O'Neill, whose squad attended a reception held by the Mayor of St Georges de Reneins, on Tuesday evening.
Northern Ireland face Poland in their Euro 2016 opener on Sunday.
