Phil Neville: Wayne Rooney deserves respect and celebration for England career

England women's head coach Phil Neville says he cannot understand why Wayne Rooney should not make a farewell appearance for England against the United States later this month.

Neville adds that Rooney is "one of England's greatest ever goal scorers" who is "worth celebrating and respecting."
