Jason Puncheon: 'Not enough black coaches' in football

Former Southampton and Crystal Palace midfielder Jason Puncheon, now with Cypriot side Pafos, talks to BBC Sport about why there are "not enough black coaches" in football.

A new scheme by the Premier League, English Football League and Professional Footballers' Association to increase the number of black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) coaches starts next season.
