Sam Allison: Refereeing is for everybody, says new EFL official

Speaking to BBC Sport in September 2020, referee Sam Allison, who also worked as a firefighter, tells BBC Sport he is "trying to help others who look like me and show them there is a path for them too" after being promoted to the English Football League.
