Wales manager Gemma Grainger backs plans for Cymru identity

Manager Gemma Grainger says she backs suggestions that Wales should change the name of their international teams to Cymru.

Football Association of Wales chief executive Noel Mooney has revealed initial discussions have already taken place.

Grainger says national identity is a major factor for her Wales players and would back any proposals to change the team's name to Cymru, the Welsh word for Wales.
