Nigel Pearson conversations 'refreshing', says Bristol City Women boss Lauren Smith

Bristol City Women's head coach Lauren Smith says the welcome she received from men's counterpart Nigel Pearson has made a "huge difference" during her time at the club.

Former Wales assistant boss Smith says Pearson has been a mentor since she took charge of the Women's Championship side in 2021.
