Nations League: Wales captain Sophie Ingle embraces Germany test

Wales captain Sophie Ingle is embracing the challenge her side faces when they take on former world champions Germany in the Women's Nations League on Friday.

Wales began their campaign with a 1-0 loss in Iceland before losing 5-1 against Denmark in Cardiff.

But Ingle believes her side learned from those games and will benefit from back-to-back away matches against Germany and then Denmark, who they play on Tuesday, 31 October.
