Rob Page: Wales manager has 'complete faith' in Welsh fans after Yerevan arrests

Wales manager Rob Page has backed Welsh fans after more than 30 were arrested by police in Yerevan before last Saturday's Euro 2024 qualifier against Armenia.

All of the fans were released without charge, with many saying that they were detained for 12 hours without any food or water.

One fan said he was fearful for his life after being held at gunpoint by police in Armenia.

The Armenian Embassy has been asked for comment.

Ahead of Wales' final Euro 2024 qualifier against Turkey in Cardiff on Tuesday Page said he had "complete faith" in Wales supporters.
