Red Bull team principal Christian Horner says his team will appeal after Daniel Ricciardo was excluded from the Australian Grand Prix after breaching fuel consumption rules.
The Australian, 24, crossed the line second, behind race winner Nico Rosberg of Mercedes in Melbourne, before being excluded nearly six hours after the race finished.
The stewards found that Ricciardo's car exceeded the maximum fuel-flow rate of 100kg/h rate "consistently", but Horner is confident his team will win their appeal.
