Tyrone & Derry serve up 'spicy' Dr McKenna Cup final
Derry coach Tony Scullion says the fans will have enjoyed Saturday evening's Dr McKenna Cup final as the Red Hand edged a 1-22 to 1-17 win after extra-time in a tempestuous contest which included three red cards.
The game started off in controversial fashion as Derry's Brendan Rogers sustained a facial gash which required 14 stitches.
Derry manager Damian Barton became embroiled in a second-half fracas involving several players and referee Noel Mooney eventually handed out three red cards before the finish.
