Holders Tyrone trounce weak Donegal side in McKenna Cup to snatch semi-final spot
Holders Tyrone hammer Donegal's Under-21 team 2-23 to 0-6 in Wednesday's Dr McKenna Cup game to set up a semi-final against Fermanagh on Sunday.
Under-21 boss Declan Bonner, taking charge of Donegal in the absence of manager Rory Gallagher and his senior squad, refused to be drawn on claims that the county had disrespected this year's competition.
Tyrone manager Mickey Harte, said it wasn't for him to comment on the approach of other counties, but that the Red Hands would not select an under-21 team for the season-opening Ulster competition.
