'Relief, ecstasy and putting to bed some yesteryears' - Logan on Tyrone's triumph

Tyrone joint-manager Feargal Logan says the team's 2-14 to 0-15 All-Ireland Football Final triumph over Mayo has finally "put to bed" his disappointment as a player in the 1995 decider.

Logan played on the Tyrone team who suffered an agonising one-point defeat by Dublin in the All-Ireland decider 26 years ago and he didn't get another opportunity to play in a final.

"I'm delighted and glad that Brian [Dooher] and myself and everybody with us were able to bring this thing into line and get it moving up the hill," Logan told BBC Sport Northern Ireland.

Tyrone's other joint-manager Dooher said it was an "honour" to be involved in the triumph.
