Watch: 'I had no doubt' - Beggan backed himself to hit Scotstown winner
Rory Beggan comes good after missing some "easy" frees in the first half to hit a dramatic last-kick Scotstown winner as they knock out Kilcoo from the Ulster Club Championship.
The Monaghan champions were three down with five minutes of normal time remaining and after levelling then fell behind again before Kieran Hughes' equaliser was followed by Beggan's clincher.
Earlier in the second half, Beggan also slotted a remarkable free from all of 65 metres.
"The linesman said it [the time] was well up at that stage. I had no doubt. I always backed myself," Beggan told BBC Sport Northern Ireland after his side's dramatic 0-12 to 1-8 victory at Pairc Esler, which set up a semi-final against Trillick in two weeks.
