Get Inspired: 2013 Unsung Heroes

BBC Sport takes a look at the 2013 Unsung Heroes from across the country.

Each of the 15 BBC Nations and Regions selected a hero who has done great work within their local areas to encourage other people to get involved and inspired by sport.
