PGA Golf Championships: Disability golf given backing of professionals

Ryder Cup vice-captain Des Smyth and Mark James are among professionals to play a round at Stoke-by-Nayland with disabled golfers.

As the Senior PGA Championship comes to Suffolk , tournament organisers hope it will raise awareness of blind and disabled golf.

Senior tour professional Paul Wesselingh even has an attempt at a one-legged drive.

There are hopes that disabled golf can become a Paralympic sport in the future.
