Glasgow 2014: From cigarettes and alcohol to marathon man
Meet 40-year-old office worker-cum-marathon runner Steve Way, England's most remarkable representative at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
In 2007 Way's health was suffering badly. He was overweight - 16-and-a-half stone - drank too much and smoked 20-a-day. Sporting a 38in waist and high blood pressure, he'd "lost his passion for life" and "didn't like what he saw in the mirror".
But steadily he turned his life around - all thanks to running. This is his story.
If you too want to get into running, here's information on how to get started.
