Double lung transplant survivor Natalie Kerr tells BBC Sport the inspiring story of how she recovered from a life-threatening illness to compete at the national Transplant Games., external

Kerr, 32, is one of 750 inspirational athletes taking part in the four-day event, which this year is being held in Bolton.

Athletes from all over the country will be competing in sports including swimming, tennis, golf, archery and athletics.
