Craig Heap on flips, personal bests & being different

"Try everything because you never know what you're going to be good at" says BBC One's Tumble judge and former professional gymnast, Craig Heap.

Craig may have captained the England Gymnastics team to a Commonwealth gold medal twice in his professional career, but he tells us that it's not all about being top of the podium.
