Get Inspired: Get rid of your 'chicken wing' at the driving range

BBC Scotland producer Paul Bradley has taken to the golf course in a bid to get active and stay active.

Hoping to play regularly, Paul first attended a lesson at the driving range with PGA professional coach David Pirie.

The 'Martin Kaymer tennis ball drill' helps you keep a straight arm during your swing and is the "perfect cure for chicken wing".
