My Story: Denise Lewis on going from playground races to Olympic champion
"I wanted to take on the best in the year. Once I'd dealt with all the girls I wanted to take on the boys," says Denise Lewis, admitting she couldn't wait for breaks at school so she could go and race her fellow pupils.
Accompanied by her mother, the 2000 Olympics heptathlon champion returns to her school and first athletics club to reflect on her athletics career.
