Rio Paralympics gold medallist Jo Butterfield joined young disabled students during a Youth Sport Trust Inclusive Futures volunteering session.

Jo, who won gold in the F51 club throw on day four of the Rio Games, says: "If people can learn from my life and gain something from it, then that's a really good thing to leave with someone."
