US team triumph as GB women take fifth at World Champs

The United States confidently win the women's team final at the World Gymnastics Championships in Tokyo, while Great Britain's women finish fifth - their best ever result at this level.

Beth Tweddle led the GB team with impressive performances on the uneven bars and the floor, backed up by solid displays from Hannah Whelan, Becky Downie, Imogen Cairns, Danusia Francis and Jenni Pinches.

Britain's men failed to make their team final after a disappointing display in qualification.
