Great Britain's women's handball team prepare for their clash with world champions Russia by being put through their paces in a mock recruitment day with army.

BBC Sport's Nick Hope spent the day with the team at Pirbright barracks in Surrey for this month's British Olympic Dreams, which can be seen on BBC One this Saturday at 1300 BST.

The programme also features marathon runner Paula Radcliffe and, ahead of Ian Thorpe's competitive comeback, takes an exclusive look behind the scenes at the five-time Olympic gold medallist's secret training base in Switzerland.
