Belfast Giants bounce back to beat Coventry Blaze in Elite League

Belfast Giants come from three goals down to secure a penalty shoot-out victory over the Coventry Blaze at the Odyssey Arena.

It was a badly needed win for the Giants after Friday's surprise 5-2 home defeat by Dundee Stars.

Goals by Derek Campbell and Brad Leeb in the first period and Steven Chalmers in the second put Coventry in control but strikes by Mark Garside, Gregory Stewart and Kevin Saurette forced the over-time as the scoreline was 3-3 at the end of normal time.

Robby Sandrock converted his two penalties for a 2-1 shootout success for the Giants.
