Casey Stoner delighted with record 12th pole at Valencia

World champion Casey Stoner negotiates his way through damp conditions to claim a record-equalling 12th pole this season at the Valencia MotoGP, ahead of home favourite Dani Pedrosa and Yamaha's Ben Spies.

Stoner believes there is still more to come from his Honda in Sunday's season finale, while third-placed Spies admits it has been a "tough month" after the sport returned to action following the death of Marco Simoncelli.
