MotoGP: Sandro Cortese wins Moto3 championship

German rider Sandro Cortese becomes the first-ever winner of the Moto3 title after winning Sunday's Malaysian race on the last lap.

He took the lead just two corners from the end at Sepang, pushing home favourite Zulfahmi Khairuddin into second.

With two races to go, Cortese can now not be caught in the riders' championship.
