Laverty hoping for 'something special'

Eugene Laverty says he is confident he can achieve 'something special' in his second season with Aprilia at World Superbike level.

The Toomebridge rider finished second in last year's series and begins the new season at Phillip Island in Australia on 24 February.

"My goal for this season is to win the championship," said Laverty.
