NW 200 up and running as the action begins with Tuesday practice

Former British Superbike Championship star John Laverty tips William Dunlop for Supersport success at the North West 200 as Guy Martin hopes for a change in the weather.

Dunlop says he is "glad to be back on the roads" after mainly competing in the British Supersport Championship short circuit series this season.

His brother Michael topped Tuesday's opening practice but all the competitors will have further opportunities to improve their grid positions in Thursday's qualifying sessions.
