Poor start led to Ulster exit - Canavan

Fermanagh manager Peter Canavan believes his team's poor start led to an Ulster SFC quarter-final defeat by Cavan at Brewster Park.

The Ernemen took 26 minutes to register their first score and trailed by four points at half-time before losing the game 0-13 to 0-11.

Fermanagh defender Ryan McCluskey said he was "shell-shocked" and "gutted" at missing out on a semi-final spot.
