Donegal manager Rory Gallagher says they may appeal against Neil McGee red card

Donegal manager Rory Gallagher says Neil McGee felt he was just attempting to shrug off Fermanagh's Ruairi Corrigan in the red card incident in Sunday's Ulster SFC game.

However, referee Maurice Deegan ruled that McGee had punched the Fermanagh man and produced a red card.

The Donegal boss said that they will review the match video before deciding whether to appeal against McGee's dismissal.

Championship debutant Eoin McHugh also said that it was a great thrill to play in a big game alongside so many of the gaelic football heroes.
