Young hockey star leads way in defibrillator training
At the age of just 17, Pegasus hockey player Anna Pim has set up lessons aimed at teenagers, teaching them how to use a defibrillator alongside basic CPR.
Pim, who co-captained Methodist College Belfast to All-Ireland hockey success earlier this year, was inspired to pursue the initiative by an incident that occurred at her rowing club, when a fellow member suffered a cardiac arrest and received life-saving CPR.
