Olympic sailing: Ainslee frustrated after 'bad day'

Ben Ainslie admits he is frustrated and needs to sail better if he is to win a fourth Olympic gold medal.

Ainslie finished sixth and 12th to slip to third in the Finn class, 11 points behind leader Jonas Hogh-Christensen after four races.
