Olympics Judo: Gemma Gibbons wins surprise Judo silver

Great Britain's Gemma Gibbons wins a surprise Judo silver, losing in the 78kg final to American Kayla Harrison.

Earlier, the 25-year-old Londoner had beaten four opponents on her way to the final.

A spectacular ippon against Portugal's Yahima Ramirez was soon followed by a last-gasp victory over world number seven Lkhamdegd Purevjargal of Mongolia.

Gibbons then beat Marhinde Verkerk of the Netherlands in the quarter-finals, before getting the better of France's Audrey Tcheumeo in the semi-final.
