Olympics: David Rudisha the 'best athlete you've never heard of'

David Rudisha is the world record holder in the 800m and 2011 world athlete of the year but few outside of the world of athletics have heard of the Kenyan star.

The 23-year old carries the hopes of an expectant Kenyan nation on his shoulders, but he is unfazed by the pressure "I want to do it for my country, my father and myself".
