Felix Sanchez of the Dominican Republic regains the Olympic 400m hurdles title he won in 2004, with Britain's world champion Dai Greene fourth.

Sanchez ran a season's best of 47.63 seconds to finish well clear of American Michael Tinsley, with Javier Culson of Puerto Rico taking bronze.
