Olympics equestrian: Hester delighted with 'dream' gold

Great Britain team dressage rider Carl Hester says "it is a dream come true" to win gold at the Olympics.

Hester, riding in his fourth Olympics, adds that he "had every faith" in his team-mates Laura Bechtolsheimer and Charlotte Dujardin.

The gold medal was Great Britain's 20th of the London 2012, surpassing Beijing 2008 for the team's best tally in more than a century.
