Olympics athletics: Sally Pearson wins 100m hurdles gold

Australia's Sally Pearson wins the women's 100m hurdles, breaking the Olympic record with a time of 12.35 seconds.

World champion Pearson won Australia's first athletics gold of the Olympics.

Defending champion Dawn Harper took silver in a time of 12.37 seconds and fellow American Kellie Wells won bronze in 12.48 seconds.
