Peter Chambers philosophical after Rio rowing disappointment

Coleraine rower Peter Chambers says he and his British lightweight four crew "gave it everything" as they missed out on a place in the Olympic final in Rio.

The quartet finished fourth in their semi-final, with only three boats progressing to contest Thursday's final at the Games.

"It's tough to come in fourth in an Olympic semi-final. It's hard to take although from what I saw out there today we wouldn't have got a medal in the final anyhow," said Chambers.
