Katie Taylor 'gutted' after Olympic quarter-final defeat

Irish boxer Katie Taylor expresses her disappointment after her defence of her Olympic lightweight title ended with a surprise quarter-final defeat by Finland's Mira Potkonen.

In a tight contest the Irish fighter lost on a split decision after a 39-37, 38-38, 37-39 scoreline.

"It's a gutting feeling but I gave it my best shot and it's a privilege and honour to represent my country on the biggest stage of all. I'm humbled by the support I have received," said Taylor.
