Katherine Grainger: Olympic champion returns after two years

Olympic champion Katherine Grainger is back in training but admits her decision to return to rowing is "absolutely insane"

The Briton, who will be 40 when the next Olympics take place, took two years off from the sport after winning gold with Anna Watkins at London 2012.

Her aim is to reach the Rio Olympics in 2016, which would be her fifth Games.
