Six Nations: Lancaster 'relieved and proud' after England beat Italy

England coach Stuart Lancaster praises the "courage" his side showed to come back from 15-6 down to deny Italy in Rome.

Lancaster also reserves special praise for the impact made by substitutes Ben Morgan and Lee Dickson, and insists his focus is on preparing his side to face Wales at Twickenham in two weeks' time rather than securing the England coaching job on a permanent basis.
