Ulster Director of Rugby David Humphreys explains Mark Anscombe appointment

Ulster Director of Rugby David Humphreys explains the process and reasoning which led to the appointment of New Zealander Mark Anscombe as the province's new Head Coach.

Humphreys says Anscombe will bring "huge experience" to the position and is "very well placed to drive us forward".

He also told BBC Sport NI's Stephen Watson that the Kiwi will provide "a new voice and a new face to challenge people and keep us on our toes".
