Toulouse move would suit Jamie Roberts, says Gareth Thomas

Ex-Wales and Lions captain Gareth Thomas believes that central contracts would not necessarily stop Welsh players leaving to play abroad, and tells BBC Wales that it would be a "great move" for Jamie Roberts to join Toulouse.
