Wales coach Howley patient on Rhys Patchell's development

Wales interim coach Rob Howley explains why he did not include 19-year-old Cardiff Blues fly-half Rhys Patchell in his 35-man Six Nations squad.

Included in the squad as fly-halves are Ospreys Dan Bigger and Perpignan's James Hook.

There had been media reports Patchell was in contention for the Six Nations squad, but Howley has suggested the teenager will figure for Wales Under-20s this season and could be considered for Wales' summer tour of Japan.
